Who we are
Cozumel Solutions is a Mexican services group offering curated real estate inventory, property management, administrative filings, and coordination of notarial appointments. Our office is located in Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
What personal data we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), the subject and content of your message, and basic technical metadata about the request (timestamp, IP-derived region). When you become a client we may collect additional identification, banking, and procedural documents strictly for the engagement.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and route it to the right advisor.
- To prepare quotations, manage the engagement, and bill for services.
- To coordinate, when applicable, with third parties strictly necessary for the service (e.g. the notary's office, government agencies, utilities).
- For aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how our website is used.
Your rights (ARCO)
Under Mexican data-protection law you may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) regarding your personal data, as well as the limitation or revocation of consent. To exercise these rights, write to adriana@cozumelsolutions.com with a copy of your ID and the request.
Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the engagement and applicable legal/tax retention periods. Data is stored on managed cloud services (Supabase, email providers) with industry-standard access controls.

We will publish material changes to this notice on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For the formal Mexican "Aviso de Privacidad Integral", request a copy by email.
