Purposes that are necessary for the service you request
The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request from us, which may include:
- Sale and/or rental of real-estate inventory, property management, and administrative services.
- Procedures necessary to obtain municipal and/or state permits and/or certificates.
- Filing of applications before the Public Registry of Property and Commerce.
- Procedures before the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the Water and Sewage Commission, and the Geographic and Cadastral Institute.
Additional (secondary) purposes
Additionally, we will use your information to store it in a database for a period of six months. Although this is not necessary for the requested service, it allows us to provide you with better service should you request a new procedure. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for these secondary purposes, you may state your refusal by sending an email within a maximum period of five business days to the following address: info@cozumelsolutions.com. Refusal to use your personal data for these additional purposes will not be a reason for us to deny you the services you request and contract with us.
What personal data we collect and use
To carry out the procedures you request, we will use the following personal data: identification, contact, address, tax-status certificate, and patrimonial data. To fulfill the requested purposes we do not require sensitive personal data.

We inform you that your personal data is shared within the country with the following institutions and authorities other than us, and for the following purposes:

| Notary Public | To carry out, where applicable, the lease or purchase agreement as required. |
How to access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or oppose its use
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of such use (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information when it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the corresponding request to the following email address: info@cozumelsolutions.com. The request must contain the data you wish to know or that must be corrected, or where applicable expressly state your refusal regarding the handling of your personal data; it must be signed by hand by the data owner and accompanied by a simple copy of that owner's valid official identification. The maximum response time will be five business days and will be sent to the same email address from which the request was made. Revocation of consent
You may revoke the consent you may have granted us for the processing of your personal data.
