Cozumel Solutions provides real-estate inventory coordination, property management, administrative filing support, and notary coordination. Specific engagements are governed by written service agreements between you and Cozumel Solutions.
3. Notary disclaimer
Cozumel Solutions is not a notary public and does not perform notarial functions. We coordinate appointments with a notary public in Cozumel. Notarial acts are issued by the notary's office under its own professional responsibility.
