Municipal Cadastre

First-time cadastral registration

Initial registration of the property in the municipal cadastral roll. Used when a property does not yet have an assigned cadastral account and needs to be added so future notarial, tax, or registry procedures can proceed.

Requirements

  • Complete the standard procedure request form for the Cadastral Office.
  • Property document (occupancy order, title of ownership, or public deed with the Public Property Registry receipt).
  • Copy of the current property-tax payment.
  • Owner's identification document.
  • Photograph of the property (front and side) or of the building's façade and interior.

Notes and considerations

  • All documentation must be submitted as PDF (drawings or surveys in DWG format).
  • Photographs must be current so the cartography office can verify the construction.
  • The person handling the procedure must know the property in person.
  • If you hold a current construction license with plans approved by the Urban Development Office, present them at this office.
