Requirements
- Written request addressed to the Director of Urban Development and Ecology (owner's name, cadastral key, and exact property location).
- Document proving legal ownership or possession of the property.
- Up-to-date cadastral certificate.
- Copy of the current property-tax payment receipt.
- Official photo identification of the applicant.
- Location sketch of the property.

- All documentation in the file must be submitted digitally (on CD or USB).
