Requirements

  • Written request addressed to the Director of Urban Development and Ecology (owner's name, cadastral key, and exact property location).
  • Document proving legal ownership or possession of the property.
  • Up-to-date cadastral certificate.
  • Copy of the current property-tax payment receipt.
  • Official photo identification of the applicant.
  • Location sketch of the property.

Notes and considerations

  • All documentation in the file must be submitted digitally (on CD or USB).
