Certification / correction of owner name, address, or cadastral key
Official correction or certification of the owner's data, the property's address, or the cadastral key when there are discrepancies between the property document and the municipal records.
Requirements
- Complete the standard procedure request form for the Cadastral Office.
- Property document (occupancy order, title of ownership, or public deed with the Public Property Registry receipt).
- Copy of the current property-tax payment.
- Owner's identification document.
- Photograph of the property (front and side) or of the building's façade and interior.
- Proof of address for the owner(s).
- Official document that updates the property's nomenclature (result of the site-verification visit) when it differs from the property document.
Notes and considerations
- All documentation must be submitted as PDF (drawings or surveys in DWG format).
- Photographs must be current so the cartography office can verify the construction.
- The person handling the procedure must know the property in person.
- If you hold a current construction license with plans approved by the Urban Development Office, present them at this office.
