Official adjustment of the property's area, dimensions, or boundaries when they don't match the verified physical reality. Typically required before notarial transactions and to reconcile differences against the title.
Requirements
- Complete the standard procedure request form for the Cadastral Office.
- Property document (occupancy order, title of ownership, or public deed with the Public Property Registry receipt).
- Copy of the current property-tax payment.
- Owner's identification document.
- Photograph of the property (front and side) or of the building's façade and interior.
- Proof of address for the owner(s).
Notes and considerations
- This procedure follows the site-verification visit.
- All documentation must be submitted as PDF (drawings or surveys in DWG format).
- Photographs must be current so the cartography office can verify the construction.
- The person handling the procedure must know the property in person.
- If you hold a current construction license with plans approved by the Urban Development Office, present them at this office.
